I love to have oatmeal for breakfast but don't always have the time to make it and eat it. I don't ever have the time in the morning to make a full breakfast with eggs and orange juice but it's still important to me to eat a healthy breakfast. But sometimes I have to run out the door and only have time to grab my coffee.
A great alternative is to grab a bar and eat it in the car on the way to work with my coffee. A great and delicious way to grab a quick breakfast snack.
But the trick is finding a healthy bar that is a good addition to breakfast and will leave you energized and full. Some are so full of sugar and unhealthy that you basically should just eat a donut for all the good it does. But not with these breakfast bars.
The banana nut bread bars look so delicious! And with just 140 calories, 5g of fiber, and 6g of protein this is an excellent bar! I know my husband would love the Cinnamon Pecan Bread bars!
What makes these bars so yummy and appealing is that they are made from REAL fruit and nuts not just processed look alikes, they are really a wholesome food.
You can also try heating these up for a yummy bakery treat! Quaker Soft Baked Bar
